Q. What do I need to reserve my party?

When you call please have the date, time, full address, the amount of guests, and the phone number you can be contacted during the party.

Q. How long in advance should I book my event?

In order to ensure availability of the date, time, character, and supplies that you will need for the day of the party, it is best to book it as soon as possible.

Q. How Can I make the deposit?

You can do it in person or direct deposit to our bank account.

Q. How much will my deposit be?

You will have to deposit the 50% of the total.

Q. Can you get a discount if you book more than one item?

Yes! We can definitely arrange different discounts.

Q. Can we work around your budget?

Yes we can!! On Time Entertainment can arrange a package around your budget or work with the ideas you have, to make your event the best!

Q. Do we require a sign contract?

Yes, we do. The contract states our terms and conditions.

Q. What areas do we service?

Nassau County, Suffolk County, NYC, Long Island, Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn, NJ if you don’t see your city just let us know!

Q. Do we require a permit if the party is being hosted in a park?

Depends on the park, you will need to find out if you need one.

Q. s there a delivery or set up fee?

NO!!! Free delivery and set up.

Q. How long does the set-up take?

Our equipment is already pre-set and ready to be installed.

Q. When and how do I make my final payment?

Final remaining balances are due in full the day of the party when attendants arrive with the equipment.
